Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• We are looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of our residential estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the estate.
• Ensure the estate, common areas, facilities, and infrastructure are properly maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections and promptly address maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs, maintenance works, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and other estate services.
• Supervise estate support staff, artisans, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor electricity, water supply, security, waste disposal, and other essential services.
• Attend to residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
• Ensure the estate is clean, safe, secure, and properly maintained at all times.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, incidents, expenses, and repairs.
• Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure proper use of resources.
• Prepare regular reports on the condition and operations of the estate.
• Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent major maintenance problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facility Management, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance and estate operations.
• Experience supervising staff, contractors, artisans, and service providers.
• Strong communication, organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and able to handle day-to-day estate operations independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
