We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Management Lead

Locations: Surulere and Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Management Lead to oversee the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of our facilities across Surulere and Lekki Phase 1.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure all buildings and equipment are operating efficiently while maintaining a safe and conducive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations across both locations (Surulere & Lekki Phase 1)
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and systems
  • Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and general upkeep activities.
  • Handle emergency maintenance issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and service reports
  • Ensure optimal utilization of space and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years experience in facility or property management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Good vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite role covering both Surulere and Lekki Phase 1.
  • May require occasional emergency response outside regular hours.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
