We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Coordinator / Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description Facility Manager / Supervisor

• Check all the surroundings for to be sure the facility is safe against hazards
• Coordinate and inspect the cleaners on every area they clean
• Supervise operations of the ground floor
• Ensure staff are well coordinated within work premises
• Investigate faults on assets and proffer cost effective solutions.
• Check the level of products and facility needs
• Give detailed reports on quantity and expenses of every procured items
• Request for amenities using the requisition forms
• Get approval through your line manager on procurement and disbursement
• Keep sending NEEDS ALERT until it is responded to
• Keep and guard the access keys to the facility
• Ensure Health and safety of members of staff and facility by checking for to correct misplaced equipment in the course of the daily business
• Ensure effective service of the generator monthly
• Liaise with vendors with the approval of your line manager.
• Ensure all appliances are put off and access doors locked after close of business daily.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years work experience.

Salary

• NGN70,000 – 100,000 / Month.
