Job Title: Facility and Asset Management Associate

Job Summary

• The Facility and Asset Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and management of the hospital’s facilities, equipment, and fixed assets.
• This role ensures that all physical assets are properly maintained, tracked, and used efficiently to support the hospital’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the maintenance of hospital facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register and ensure regular auditing of all physical assets.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of facility-related services.
• Monitor utilities usage and recommend cost-effective practices.
• Support procurement planning related to asset and facility needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all facilities.
• Report and escalate major facility issues to Team Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years proven experience in facility or asset management (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, equipment handling, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and facility management software.
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
