We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility / Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage companyvechicles
• Oversee the fueling of companyvehicles
• Oversee vehicles maintenance
• Prepare regular reports on vehicle maintenance
• Maintain and update company administrative databases
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Other adminiatrative/facility tasks

Requirements

• From Degree from a recognized university
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Facility Officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office and maintenance procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.
