Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Osogbo Campus, Osun

Job Overview

• The experienced Facilities Manager will oversee all building-related activities, will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• B.Sc / HND in Facility / Estate Management, Engineering, Building, or relevant field;
• Must possess a minimum of five (5) years cognate experience in similar role in a reputable organization;
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. cfm) will be an advantage;
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices;
• Plan and coordinate all installations in the school premises and refurbishments;
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards;
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations;
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (technicians and external contractors etc.);
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
