Overview

• We are looking for a skilled Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager to develop and execute high-performing advertising campaigns.
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of at least 2 years managing paid social media campaigns, optimizing for conversions, and driving measurable results.

Job Description

• Develop and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including strategy, targeting, ad copy, and creative.
• Conduct in-depth audience research to optimize targeting and campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as ROI, CTR, and CPA, and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Create and analyze performance reports to present actionable insights and recommendations.
• Test new ad formats, placements, and strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practice.

Requirements / Experience

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and remarketing strategies.
• Knowledge of other social media advertising platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
