Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to operate and monitor extrusion machines, ensuring efficient production of quality products while adhering to safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines and production equipment.
• Set machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Monitor production processes and identify machine or product defects.
• Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Ensure proper feeding of raw materials into the extrusion line.
• Maintain accurate production and machine records.
• Follow production schedules and achieve set output targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Report machine faults, production issues, and abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Requirements

• OND / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience operating extrusion machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of extrusion processes and machine operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in shifts and under pressure.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000.00 / month.
