Job Title: Export Documentation & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Description

• AINL is hiring an Export Documentation & Logistics Coordinator to run the paperwork spine of a commodity-export operation: NEPC registration, NXP forms, inspection and phytosanitary certification, NAFDAC health certificates where applicable, freight-forwarder coordination, and shipment files from cargo readiness to proceeds.

Requirements

• You must have run real export files: name the commodities, ports, and forwarders you have
• Network requirement (mandatory): existing freight-forwarder, inspection-agency, and terminal relationships at Apapa/Tin Can; prior NXP files processed.
• Documentary accuracy under deadline
• Lagos-based with port access
• NYSC completed or exempt.
• Comfort using AI tools in real work is a requirement.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 per month.
