Job Title: Experienced Social Media Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are actively seeking a highly experienced Social Media Manager who is proficient in managing multiple platforms and skilled in content creation.
  • The ideal candidate must already have a proven track record of handling full-scale social media operations without the need for onboarding or basic training.
  • If you’re passionate about fintech, brand storytelling, and digital growth—and you know your way around Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and more—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms with platform-specific strategies.
  • Engage in end-to-end content creation including planning, writing, designing, and scheduling.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, news, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Run ad campaigns and work with influencers and collaborators to increase visibility.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and generate insight-driven reports.
  • Collaborate with the design, growth, and customer support teams to align messaging.
  • Engage directly with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong community.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, platform-optimized content (including visuals and short-form videos).
  • A strong portfolio or links to active pages you’ve managed.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), content schedulers (Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, digital payments, and content tailored to such audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running—no training from scratch.

What We’re Not Looking For:

  • Intern-level or entry-level candidates.
  • Applicants without hands-on experience in managing live brand pages.
  • Candidates who require training on platform usage, strategy building, or content tools.
