We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Legal Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations,and industry trends.

Requirements

• LL.B degree from an accredited University in Nigeria and Call to Bar Certificate with a first class or second class upper degree. LL.M or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• 4 – 6 years of experience as a practicing lawyer with significant experience in Litigation and Transactions.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
