We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Travel Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Ability to book and issue Airlinetickets seamlessly
  • Ensure conversion of all ticketing requests received
  • Render excellent andunparalleled customer services to all clients
  • Engage in key or targeted customer relations dutiessuch as celebration of special days, timely reminders on travel dates, etc.
  • Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Package tours/holidays promotions
  • Integrate new customers monthly
  • Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum
  • Prepare, write, present proposals to prospective clients
  • Arranging flights, insurance and Hotel reservations
  • Assist Clients on different types of visa processing
  • Keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • Ability to assist clients with school admission Search
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.

Requirement

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
  • Certificationby Amadeus & other GDS.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in the use of the following Global Distribution Systems:Amadeus, Sabre and Galilieo
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends
  • Proficiencyinprocessing of Ticket Refunds.
  • High level Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint).

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
