Job Summary

• Fhemfel Executive Laundry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Laundry Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its executive laundry service.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all laundry operations, ensuring impeccable service quality, managing a skilled team, and maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the executive laundry, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding of high-end clothing, linens, and specialty items.
• Ensure proper handling of delicate fabrics and specialty materials.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of laundry staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and manage employee performance.
• Provide continuous feedback and support for staff development.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all laundry is returned in perfect condition and meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Address any discrepancies or issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.
• Handle special requests from clients, ensuring personalized and customized laundry services are delivered.
• Address client complaints or concerns, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clientele to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and fabric care products.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and promptly report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure that all operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Oversee the proper handling of laundry chemicals and equipment to ensure staff safety.
• Maintain records of all laundry services, inventory, and customer requests.
• Prepare regular reports for management on operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures for laundry operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the laundry or hospitality industry, preferably with high-end or executive clients.
• In-depth knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and the handling of delicate garments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and technology.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
