Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Phase 2, 13 Jogunomi St, Gbagada 101212, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an innovative IT strategy plan for the company
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to identify technology needs that support business goals
• Ensure smooth operation of the organization’s information systems, including infrastructure, software, and hardware
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on IT projects, budgets, and timelines
• Analyze markets, emerging trends, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for innovation
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of technology-related hardware and software assets
• Oversee the training of employees on new technology solutions and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective IT strategies that align with business objectives
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture, cloud solutions, and security best practices
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, systems administration, and network management
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and finances associated with technology infrastructure and digital strategies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
