Job Title: IT Executive (ERP Operations)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are looking for a skilled IT Executive (ERP Operations) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of production and inventory data within the ERP system while providing first-level technical support across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring BOM compliance during production entries
• Verifying stock wastage and ERP records
• Validating inter-store transfers (IST)
• Conducting stock audits for high-value inventory
• Supporting POS systems, printers, scanners, and network connectivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field with strong IT orientation
• 3–5 years’ experience in operational IT support
• Hands-on ERP experience (ERPNext, Odoo, Tally)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with POS systems and retail hardware.
