Job Title: Executive Communications & Knowledge Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: CEO/MD

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Communications & Knowledge Manager to work closely with our CEO.
  • This individual will be responsible for content development, knowledge management, media oversight, and technical writing.
  • The ideal candidate must be an exceptional writer, a strategic thinker, and proficient in creating compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Technical Writing:

  • Write well-structured, high-quality articles, reports, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Draft monthly and quarterly reports with clear insights and data analysis.
  • Serve as a technical writer for research papers, white papers, proposals, and other professional documents.

Knowledge Management:

  • Develop and maintain an organized knowledge repository for the company.
  • Ensure the systematic collection, storage, and dissemination of key organizational insights.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and stakeholders.

Media & Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and manage our CEO’s personal and professional media presence.
  • Handle social media accounts, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging.
  • Develop content calendars and engage with online communities effectively.

Presentation & Meeting Support:

  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for all meetings, speeches, and public engagements.
  • Support in structuring and designing visually appealing and data-driven slides.

Strategic Support & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our CEOto refine communication strategies.
  • Conduct research to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting official correspondences and key communications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-15 years proven experience in writing, reporting, and content creation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
  • Experience in knowledge management and content archiving.
  • Social media management expertise, including content strategy and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in executive communication or technical writing.
  • Background in media management, PR, or corporate branding.
  • Familiarity with the industry trends relevant to [Your Name]’s field.
