We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Chef (Korean Cuisine)

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• Responsible for preparing authentic Korean meals for expatriate staff and management, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food quality, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present authentic Korean meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Manage daily kitchen operations, inventory, and procurement of specialized Korean ingredients.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Accommodate special dietary requirements or preferences for expatriate personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience preparing authentic Korean dishes (hotel or corporate setting preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Korean culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
