Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant.
• The role involves managing executive calendars, preparing board papers, coordinating high-level engagements, handling confidential communications, and supporting strategic initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant (professional services preferred)
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
