We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Locations: Ibadan – Oyo, Ogun, Ondo and Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• This position shall among other things, be responsible for monitoring daily inventory transactions, establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Organizing and maintaining financial record, account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies
• Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
• Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
• Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
• Carry ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
