Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executive.
• Plan and organise travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
• Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• A degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
