We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the MD.
• Coordinate shipping activities including clearing, forwarding, and documentation.
• Track cargo movement and ensure timely updates.
• Manage and follow up on original shipping documents.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain a calm and structured work environment while solving problems proactively.
• Manage processes and people effectively across departments.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience as an EA or in a similar role within the maritime/shipping industry.
• Strong understanding of clearing & forwarding processes.
• Experience working with shipping lines or logistics companies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations calmly.
• Strong competencies in emotional intelligence, process, and stakeholder management.

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 / month.
