About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in driving operational excellence and strategic coordination.
• This role requires strong structure, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced power solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documentation
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Track key projects and follow up on action items
• Provide high-level administrative and operational support

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
• Strong educational background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
