Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Full-time (On-site)

The position

  • The Executive Assistant at RenMoney will work directly with C-level executives and would be responsible for a number of administrative duties.
  • This person will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, office management, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities of the executive office.
  • Prepare reports, memos and other documents.
  • Answer phone calls and routing calls to the appropriate unit or taking messages.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the executives.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Accurate recording of minutes from meetings.
  • Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a B.Sc. Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ administrative and office management experience
  • Integrity, confidentiality and be Innovative
  • Have a problem-solving attitude with high level of assertiveness
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support.
  • Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite and Report writing skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and multitasking abilities
