Job Title: Executive Assistant and Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, organised and result-driven professional to support the Founder, manage daily business operations and drive the marketing and business growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive and personal administrative support to the Founder.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and administration.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, follow-ups and key tasks.
• Supervise and support staff and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media, online and offline channels.
• Drive sales growth, acquire new customers, distributors and supermarket accounts.
• Manage customer relationships, partnerships and vendor engagements.
• Track sales and marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and new products.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (administration, operations, marketing or business development).
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven ability to drive sales, build partnerships and deliver results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for the food business and a willingness to learn.
