Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support them. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Key

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the executive including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Manage office supplies and maintain efficient office operations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
• Organize and assist with company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
