Job Brief:

• We are seeking a highly organized and creative Events Coordinator to plan and execute a variety of events.
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure successful execution.
• Manage event budgets and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee event setup, staff, and logistics on event day.
• Create event reports and document learnings for future improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Must reside close to Ajah/Lekki.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
