We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Security Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND from a recognised institution.
• Must have formal security training from a recognised security training institution/company.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in estate, residential, corporate or similar security operations, with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence
• Must be able to operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems
• Good knowledge of access control, including screening of residents, visitors, vehicles and deliveries.
• Ability to conduct regular patrols and maintain effective surveillance of the estate.
• Ability to identify, prevent and promptly report suspicious activities and security incidents.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid and emergency response procedures
• Ability to maintain accurate security logs, visitor records and incident reports.
• Must be physically fit, alert, disciplined and able to work day and night shifts
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, professionalism and sound judgement.
