Job Title: Estate Operations General Duty Supervisor

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• We are hiring an organized and accountable Estate Operations General Duty Supervisor to oversee daily estate operations and supervise support staff within a residential estate in Asokoro.

Responsibilities

• Supervise estate staff and ensure duties are properly carried out
• Oversee maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate artisans and external service providers when needed.
• Monitor repairs, materials, and expenditures for accountability.
• Keep basic financial records and maintain expenditure ledgers.
• Report operational issues and updates to the estate committee.
• Ensure proper structure, discipline, and smooth day-to-day running of the estate.

Requirements

• Previous experience in estate, facility, or operations management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repairs.
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge for record keeping and expenditure tracking.
• Strong organizational and supervision skills.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Must reside in Abuja or close to Asokoro.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
