Job Description

• A2S Management is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual with a strong passion for student-centred learning in entrepreneurship and the growth of children in our after-school program.
• This role offers a meaningful opportunity to be part of a team committed to making a lasting impact on students’ success.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding learning, fostering independence, developing essential life skills, preparing students for the workforce, and contributing to teacher training.
• This position reports directly to the Head of After-School.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Head of After-School in entrepreneurship curriculum review, lesson planning, and program development.
• Train and mentor teachers in entrepreneurship to enhance instructional effectiveness.
• Assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the after-school program, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Handle administrative tasks related to program operations.
• Track and report on academy operations, student progress, and program impact in entrepreneurship.
• Facilitate effective communication between students, parents, and mentors.
• Manage after-school facilities in line with operational guidelines and support ASA kids in maintaining them properly.
• Submit weekly reports to the Head of After-School.
• Organise meetings, training sessions, and workshops for teachers and students in relation to entrepreneurship.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience: teaching children entrepreneurial skills and business development.
• Proven experience in developing and using instructional materials effectively in lesson delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead student-centred classrooms effectively.
