Willers Solutions Limited – Our client, a reputable firm in the internet service provider sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring customers, and developing strategic sales plans that ensure a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities
  • Achieve growth and sales targets using available resources
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Present reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management
  • Identify new markets and stay updated on competitors
  • Manage sales tools and materials
  • Handle customer complaints and after-sales support
  • Maintain organized electronic records and reports
  • Process orders accurately and on time
  • Communicate delays or issues to clients
  • Maximize customer relationships and portfolio value

Requirements & Qualifications

  • BSc / MSc in Business Admin or related field (Sales/Marketing cert. is a plus)
  • Proven track record in sales roles with target success
  • Active participation in professional development
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels
  • Skilled in driving sales from planning to closing
  • Business-minded with industry knowledge
  • Experience mentoring and managing sales teams
  • Project admin experience in IT sector
  • Technical understanding of software/web solutions
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team player.
