Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and dynamic English and Linguistics Educator to join our team of world-class teachers shaping the future of our learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language and Linguistics across assigned classes with excellence and creativity.
• Design engaging lesson plans that inspire a love for reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysis.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including the use of technology, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback to students in line with school standards.
• Foster communication skills, confidence, and appreciation of literature and linguistics.
• Support school-wide literary activities such as debates, spelling bees, drama, and writing competitions.
• Uphold the school’s values and contribute to holistic student development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in English Language and/or Linguistics.
• Demonstrated excellence in classroom management and student engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern pedagogy, digital teaching tools, and assessment practices.
• A passion for mentoring and inspiring young learners.
