Cometstar Industrial Gases Limited produces argon, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide. Our industrial gases aid the operations of several sectors including the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, power, oil, steel, manufacturing, Fire Service, and food and beverages sectors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer, Industrial Gas Sector

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical systems such as power distribution, communications and computer networks, and control systems
• Carry out technical reviews, respond to requests for information, and reliability assessments for new or modified connections
• Communicate both verbally and in writing with engineering, management and cross-functional teams as needed

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / B.Eng Degree / HND in Electrical Engineering
• Membership of NSE, COREN or other engineering bodies is an added advantage
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in power systems
• Proven track record of troubleshooting skills, analysing problems to determine the root cause of powerand control system failures
• Ability to write concise functional testing procedures, commissioning procedures, and field installation and modification instructions.
• The ideal candidate must be a newly qualified engineer who wants to make a career in the Industrial Gas Sector
