Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Electrical Engineer to support the maintenance and efficient operation of electrical systems, machinery, and utilities.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted production, optimal machine performance, and effective power distribution across the factory and offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment, machinery, and office appliances, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maximize machine efficiency and ensure prompt response to electrical maintenance requirements.
• Support effective and reliable power distribution across the factory and office facilities.
• Participate in the servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of printing machines, including web and sheet-fed machines.
• Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with applicable safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably within a printing press or printing/manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical power systems, machine power requirements, electrical and electronic components.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial machinery and printing equipment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work effectively within a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.

Remuneration
N180,000 – N250,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
