• We are looking for an Assistant Eatery Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• The Assistant Eatery Manager will work closely with the Eatery Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality food standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The Assistant Eatery Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
