Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support early childhood development.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for pupils.
• Implement creative teaching strategies that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall growth of the Early Years programme.
• Uphold Learn Ease Academy’s values of excellence, innovation, and child-centered education.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
