Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the company IT related Solutions.
  • Support the company App – App development, deployment and onboarding.
  • Manage all on-line channels for enquiries and Marketing of the company product range
  • Research and Marketing of LPG Solutions and Accessories (Gas and Non-Gas related)
  • Source for Equipment and Products/Services the company
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
  • Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
  • Inspecting and uploading customers’ product reviews.
  • Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
  • Teaming up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
  • Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance, as needed.
  • Analysing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements
  • Increased onboarding, Increased engagements, Profitable Customer count.
  • Reduced Customer Acquisition Cost

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Information Technology or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience as E-Commerce Sales Executive
  • MUST be knowledgeable about consumer Preference, particularly as these relate to E-Commerce
  • MUST be resident in Lekki and its environs.

  • Digital marketing and online sales skills
  • Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
