We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Intern

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities
Relationship Building:

• Support relationships with Sellers (Equipment Distributors) and Buyers (Vendors, Installers, Dealers, etc).

Order Processing:

• Support procurement processes including order placement, tracking, and follow-ups
• Provide support in checking in with suppliers periodically for updated prices and monitoring orders on the storefront.
• Carry out market sourcing activities and supplier visits within Lagos when required.

Price Management:

•  Assist in sourcing products by contacting suppliers and confirming availability and pricing

Sales Support:

• Assist in onboarding new customers and tracking sales performance across various portfolios.

Inventory Management:

•  Assists in maintaining and updating supplier lists, inventory records, and order tracking sheets

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with logistics providers, internal teams, and vendors to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of products.

Qualifications

• BSc Graduate
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Candidate must reside in Lagos
• Ability to move within Lagos for sourcing when required.
