Job Description

• We are seeking an innovative and customer-focused E-Business Officer to support the growth and management of the Bank’s electronic banking channels.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital banking services, resolving customer issues, supporting channel optimization, and contributing to the delivery of seamless digital banking experiences.
• The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electronic payment systems, banking operations, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in e-business, digital banking, card services, or electronic payment operations.
• Knowledge of electronic banking products and payment platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
