Job Title: Driver / Inspection Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

About the Role

• We are seeking for a proactive Inspection Officer to support property inspections and assist clients during property viewings.
• The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s licence and passion for learning. Candidate will be trained on the job .

Key Responsibilities

• Take clients to inspect available properties.
• Visit and inspect new properties on behalf of the company.
• Take clear photos and videos of properties during inspections.
• Provide accurate information and feedback on inspected properties.
• Support the real estate team with property-related field activities.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND / HND with 2- 4years work experience
• Must reside around the Ikota–Ajah axis.
• Previous experience in real estate is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to learn and develop professionally.
• Must know how to drive.
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Salary
N120,000 – N140,000 / Month.
