Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to provide safe, timely, and high-quality transportation services for guests, Team Members, and hotel operations.
• The successful candidate will uphold Hilton’s standards of hospitality, safety, and service excellence while ensuring vehicles are maintained in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport hotel guests, senior management, and staff to designated locations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service at all times.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in line with schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide basic directions or information about Abuja when required.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel records, and trip documentation.
• Support hotel operations with errands or deliveries when needed.the

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
•  3–5 years driving experience, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or executive setting.
• Good knowledge of Abuja road networks and traffic regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.

Preferred Skills:

• Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
• Experience driving VIPs or expatriates is a plus.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
