Job Title: Driver

Job Summary

• The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, management, documents, and company goods as required, while ensuring proper maintenance and care of the company vehicle at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company staff, management, and visitors to designated locations.
• Deliver and collect company documents, parcels, and materials as assigned.
• Ensure that the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and always in good working condition.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure timely servicing, fueling, and general maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
• Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Support office operations with logistics and other assigned duties when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and company property.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as a professional driver.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
