Job Title: Draughtsman

Location: Ibeju, Lagos

Job Summary

• HFP Paving Stone is seeking a skilled Draughtsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and designs for paving, construction, and site development projects.
• The ideal candidate will support engineering and production teams with detailed plans for efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings for paving stone layouts and site plans
• Use software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs into workable drawings
• Develop layout plans for interlocking paving stones, roads, and walkways
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors
• Conduct site visits in Ibeju for measurements and verification
• Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• 1 – 3 years experience as a draughtsman (construction industry preferred)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
