We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dormitory Chef / Cook

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve healthy meals for boarding and day students.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
• Assist in managing kitchen supplies and minimizing food waste.
• Work in line with the school’s values, rules, and child protection policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a school, hostel, or institutional setting.
• Ability to prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals suitable for children and adolescents.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to plan menus and manage food portions efficiently.
• Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be a resident of Aba, Abia State.
