Job Summary

• Responsible for managing fleet manuals, company procedures & operational docs; coordinating library activities; maintaining centralised documentation control & electronic database; distributing technical info; managing cockpit library; ensuring quality/safety compliance via audits & notifications

Duties / Responsibilities

• Responsible for general management and control of fleet manuals, company procedures and operational work instruction.
• Ensures overall coordination of all library activities in relation to receipt and distribution, shelving and cataloguing, loaning and dispatch, as well as tracking and control of all library collections.
• Develop and maintain a centralised documentation control procedure for the management of overall company data and records
• Develop and manage an electronic central database system for all manuals and technical information acquisitions.
• Receive, update and distribute incoming technical information to expected users.
• Manage the cockpit library aboard the aircraft.
• Notifies the Quality and Safety Manager of the inspection of the documents
• Partake in quality auditing and safety inspections, as well as follow up on corrective actions.

Experience & Qualifications

• HND, BSc, in any discipline
• 3 years and above working experience
• Honest and hardworking
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work under pressure.
