Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Position Overview

• We are seeking a reliable and proactive Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of packages, documents, and goods to clients and partners, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and goods to assigned destinations.
• Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch officers and clients regarding delivery status.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (preferred).
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
• Valid rider’s license and good knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Familiarity with routes and locations within the city.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with flexible working hours depending on delivery schedules.
