Job Summary

• We’re seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatch Associate to coordinate logistics and transportation operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and coordination between drivers, customers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders
• Assign drivers and vehicles
• Monitor shipments
• Provide vital information to drivers
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records
• Review and improve processes.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any field
• 2 – 3 years of dispatching experience
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of transportation regulations
• Good computer skills.
