Locations: Abuja; RCCG Mowe, Abeokuta – Ogun; Apapa, Apongbon, Bode Thomas, Festac – Lagos; Akure – Ondo; Agbor, Warri, Asaba – Delta; Irrua, Benin – Edo, Ibadan – Oyo, Onitsha – Anambra; Port Harcourt – Rivers; Yenagoa – Bayelsa; and Enugu.

Job Summary

• The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting the bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for the bank’s products.
• Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• NYSC completion/exemption certificate for a degree holder
• Age limit is 35years or below.

Salary and Benefits

• N150,000 monthly plus commission
• HMO
• 13th Month and Leave allowance
