Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Locations: Apapa, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Eko, Victoria Island, Lekki & Yaba – Lagos

Job Role

• End to end management of Customer Interactions within the Banking Hall. This involves up-selling and cross-selling of NIB products and channels;
• Ensuring that content of the correspondence, service levels and resolution of customers’ issues handled are in line with the Bank’s ethics, tone of voice policy as well as meets customer experience SLAs.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of OND / NCE in related course of study.

• Not above 35 years
• Vibrant candidate

• Great presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should have basic digital business knowledge.
• Willing to learn and unlearn.

Salary
N40,000 plus commissions and benefits.
