We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive / Customer Acquisition Specialist

Locations: Lagos Island & Lagos Mainland – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We’re seeking a results-driven sales executive to drive business growth through strategic sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential customers.
  • Educate customers on company’sproducts and services.
  • Generate leads and exceed sales targets.
  • Build a loyal clientelebase.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and clientneeds.
  • Clearly communicate product information.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date through regular training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
  • Minimum of 1 yearsales experience in Asset Management or Banking.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent sales persuasiveness and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits
N120,000 – N150,000 net pay (depending on your level of experience), robust commission, HMO, pension, 13th month allowance, and other benefits.
