Locations: Awolowo Road Ikoyi, Balogun, Amuwo-Odofin, Obalende, Ajah, Alaba International Market and Maryland, Lagos

Job Description

• The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating quality leads, and converting them into customers.
• The ideal candidate is a naturally gifted salesperson with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and representing the client professionally.

Responsibilities

•  Drive customer acquisition and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Promote products/services while ensuring excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation
• Comply with all company policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate a proven track record as a high-performing salesperson
• Be sales-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a smart, neat, and professional appearance

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in the field daily and travel within the assigned branch location
• Must reside within or be willing to work within the branch location applied for

Salary
N199,000 Net (Plus Additional Benefits, including HMO).
